Leadership Structure
Contact the Pastor if you just wish to talk or to receive pastoral care regarding any of the following: spiritual struggles or guidance, illness, family crisis, death of family or friend, baptism, church membership, baby/child dedication, small groups and church participation in any area.
Contact anyone on the Administrative Team if you have questions or suggestions regarding any of the following: the general budget, special funds (except Sharing Fund), use of building and grounds, church traditions or policies, building care schedule, paid personnel concerns (pastor, office assistant, preschool staff, custodial staff, lawn maintenance), technology, serving unit questions and support for those on Stewardship, Preschool or Maintenance.
Contact anyone on the Congregational Care Team if you have questions or suggestions regarding any of the following: Sharing Fund requests, hospitality on Sunday mornings and beyond, church retreat, youth group, mentoring, serving unit questions and support of those on Faith Formation or Worship (and Music).
Contact anyone on the Leadership and Congregation Relations Team for the following: to listen, in situations when it may be difficult to express concerns and ideas; to facilitate open, constructive communication between church participants, any participant and the pastor, or anyone on the leadership teams.
Congregational Meetings are a gathering time to discuss and discerns church decisions. We also fellowship and receive each other’s stories and prayers. Meetings are generally held monthly.
